@digital, as with any technology, this will not always be perfect but as soon as any issues do occur, we will always act on this to get this back up and running for our members as quickly as we can. I do apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused though. We do appreciate any feedback you can pass forward in regards to the site, but I am afraid that at present, the order of reviews is not something that we are looking to alter and members are able to set these, to view the most recent, if they wish.

Hi topcashback I have an outstanding issue from June 2014 for Hilton. I keep getting fobbed off with excuses each month. It is not a big amount of money involved, but I would like to see an end to this.

Why is the default sort order for reviews 'highest star rating' first ? This gives a distorted view of some feedback which is years old and hides recent critical feedback. (oh, i've noticed your forum has disappeared too, why ? critical feedback again ??)0
