CRB Criminal Record Check?

What the hell? A caution makes someone a criminal having the same status as the criminal in prison that committed murder.
Doesn't sound right. I'm sure there is a difference between a criminal who done the crime and the person who has been cautioned.
I have a caution that is classed in the same category as 'knowingly causing a nuclear explosion' and 'destroying a channel tunnel train'.
As if cautions are handed out for those two crimes:rotfl:.
My caution was over a decade ago and the 'crime' was not worthy of bothering a judge with. However, that caution will stay with me until I am 100.0 -

I've had to get one recently for a short term job0 -
Just to be clear a caution is: " yes officer I am guilty, but rather than waste time in court and get a real punishment, ill take this. If you are not guilty, do not accept the caution"
Yes arrests can show up on checks, however most don't.0
