    mj - presumably the network has rejected some of buy mobiles commission to cause the problem?

    Agree that is not OP's concern but may be why Voda rep is getting involved?

    The Vodafone WRT are extremely helpful (unlike the rest of Vodafone) and may take an interest for all sorts of reasons. Basic customer concern is one - and refreshing given Vodafone's normal response (or lack of it).

    Not sure commission has anything to do with this; it's not the rejection reason given and not something the OP has given any cause to.

    I will give it another week as im hoping Vodafone WRT can assist. If not then i will send LBA and start legal proceedings if need be?

    To update you on this, after receiving a phone call yesterday from the parent company of BMP, today i received confirmation that cashback will be paid and also a an email apologising for the delay!
    I would like to thank Lee from Vodafone WRT for his assistance even though BMP were certainly not the most cooperative!!!
    My next claim is due in June so i will keep my fingers crossed that i dont have to go through all the unnecessary hassle i did with this one ....... i wont hold my breath!!
