Late payment fee... But I wasn't late!?
If I had a pound for everytime I saw that posted here I'd be rich !
Guess what ? In 99.99% of those cases the account holder paid late/too early/paid not enough !0 -

I'd be happy to provide print screens if it puts your mind at ease that I'm not simply trying to pull the wool over forum goers eyes? Had I paid late I'd have accepted that I should be subject to a late payment fee, however I did not. I did last month, and was therefore charged the fees at the end of that statement. This statement it was paid, and not paid late.0 -
I can tell you about 2 scams which can cause this:
>>> Scam 1: The credit card companies sends out statements late. This results in some customers paying later.
>>> Scam 2: The credit card company either has an agreement with Royal Mail to hold post it cannot accept. Or the credit card company has mountains of backlog.
You would have thought the FSA would takes steps to prevent this kind of conduct but don't bet on it.
The best thing you can do is set up a direct debit to pay the minimum amount automatically, otherwise you will spend the rest of your life writing to the credit card company.0 -
The minimum payment may have stated £36.20 but your credit agreement may state that you need to pay the "Minimum payment plus any fees levvied" making your actual amount due £48.20?
Let us know what they sayCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Probably with my ebay items that apparently haven't arrived.Exclamation and question marks - ONE exclamation mark or question mark is sufficient to exclaim or ask about something. More than one just makes you look/sound like a prat.
Should OF, would OF. Dear oh dear. You really should have, or should've listened at school when that nice English teacher was explaining how words get abbreviated.0
