hi looking to get a new tv for around about £1200 just asking what tv would every one recommend.

I paid £400 for a 40 inch Samsung LED tv last year, only thing is doesnt do is 3D, which i couldnt give a flying toss about.
I long for the day i have a room spare in my house where i can install something like this

3d, full hd, hd ready?
omi-led,lcd or plasma?
smart tv (net ready apps) or no net required
screen size needs to be x size no larger than z.
hz resolution?
i mean last year i bought
panasonic 50" plasma 3d 600hz smart tv full hd was in sale got for £600
but you start changing up some bits that price can easily double.0
