Think I've been sold a fake, does anyone have a pair of these ???

ust bought a pair of 7 for all mankind jeans on ebay. Sold as brand new and original, They have a pink 'A' stiched on the back pockets. They have all the labels etc but they are a tiny fit, and the worrying thing is that they have a really crappy zip fastening with a YKK zip.
Just wondered if anyone else had a pair of these and if they could check the zip on them for me. Everyhting else on the jeans, rivets, button etc has the 7 for all mankind logo on it execpt the zip. The denim is very low quality too. I bought them for £41 and thought they were a a steal as they are £150 in the shops. I need to know if they are real, if not I can return them. I hate being shafted.
Thanks

Both my pairs of 7 for all mankind jeans have a YKK zip, as do my Levis.
I bought both my 7's on Ebay (a couple of years ago) too and there's nothing to make me think that they're fake.0 -

.
At £150 any buyer is being right royally shafted.
At £41 you are still being shafted.
How is any pair of denim jeans worth paying £150.

My jeans were £3 in ASDA and £4 in Tesco.

Agree with you on that A!
Why pay £100's of pounds, when you can get cheap ones for much less!
Yes designer jeans are nice, but i have better things to spend my cash on!0 -
Thanks for your replies Avoriaz and Jakejakejake, although I was only asking for some genuine help here, and not a personal attack on my lifestyle !!!0

that doesnt sound like a personal attack to me, they are just stating their opinion!
i have never even heard of this make before but i think you should read that guide and check your pair thoroughly.
i personally thought all jeans had the Ykk zip as my boyfriend has armani and levis and cheap jeans and they all have YKK zippers!0 -
Thanks to Myrna Minkoff for that valuable information. I have checked them thoroughly and it appears they are real ones. I've never had a pair of designer jeans before and just thought I would check it out. Personally I'm quite pleased with myself as I've just saved myself £109 (not that I'd ever have spent that amount in the first place)!!
After all, it's all about money saving, and how much money has been saved is relevant to the individual of course.0 -
sorrysimbasweetie - didn't mean to cause any offence0

Wooooh, glad you got your jeans sorted out and you saved a few quid........
I am not having a go, but have never had named brand stuff, not because I couldnt afford it, would sooner get more for ther price of 1 pair.
Good luck with your bargins......0 -

You have spent £41 on jeans that you say have a crappy zip and are made of low quality denim.
But now that you think that they are genuine designer jeans, you are happy and quite pleased with yourself for saving all that money.
In my opinion you have wasted £41 on cheaply made designer tat but if it makes you happy maybe it is money well spent.
No offence intended. I’m just expressing my opinion.0
