Siemens AX72 faulty , how to return ??

Hi Folks,

I got an AX72 from Tesco in march and its now gone faulty, (keeps switching itself off)

Its now outside Tesco's 28 days policy.

Do I contact Virgin (Virgin PAYG phone) or is it siemens

i think you will have a job to contact siemens as i think they have gone bust. try contacting virgin

You have to go to the retailer. If the phone is faulty, it is up to them to deal with it.
