WARNING Siemens Benq

I have had a siemens phone for nearly a year and it died on me 2 mths ago.
I have had the phone collected and sent for repair.
The repair company tell me that they haven't had any parts from Siemens since last October and don't know when they will get any - this is because Siemens Benq have gone into administration.
So I have no phone and no prospect of getting it back anytime soon.
PLEASE be aware of this when considering purchasing a Siemens product!!!
