Got my mouthwashes delivered today and some of the cheapie ones have leaked (wasn't packed very well). I was lucky enough to take advantage of the 200 points offer on the cheap mouthwashes before they took the cheapies off the offer. Do you think I should complain? I don't really want to bring to the attention of Boots that I took advantage of their glitch!!

Fellow Bootsers, am happy to report that my new card has arrived safe and well, all points intact, and all offers still avail on the ACM. :T

do phone up i got a really good sa on the phone as i had ordered 16 bottles of the value range and eight had leaked, i then went onto say that i think it unreasonable of me to have to fish through all the gunk to get the others out :rotfl: :rotfl: she agreed and are sending me some new ones

I hate phoning to complain too!

Don't think I would want any new ones sent out ladysparklexx... I was thinking I deserve some extra points because of the distress i have been through!!!;).... but I think thats just taking things too far!:rotfl:

I have been unlucky as Customer services said things changed at weekend so I won't be getting points and I will have to return most of the order!!

i came home from tescos lol, to find my .com delivery had been left in the rain - picked up the box, out the bottom on my foot went the weights, i was not happy! i phoned boots who are sending out replacement ball and weights are packaging has disintigrated she apologised about my foot and are adding on 1000 points, have checked and all my points are pending, so a bumper total once updated!!
