The SA put the gwp in 1st and I thought 'oh no' but we were so busy talking about how wonderful the clarins hand cream was that she didn't notice so I said to her I had changed my mind on the wipes.
There were 3 Roc gwps left. there's no signage nothing, so thanks to the op about that glitch.
I am perplexed with by points total because it's much more that i estimated
I bought
1 x clarins toner £16
1 x clarins hand cream £14
5 free mini clarins products
1 x Expert sensitive night cream free with acm voucher
2 x JK nail files (no more left on shop floor)
Bourjouis Nail polish (used £2 voucher and £2 parenting voucher)
Cocoa butter Moistureriser
packet of shapers thai bites(they were delicious!!)
I had a 200 points when you spend £25 voucher from acm but i spent £39.05 and got 482 points  + 650 offer points a total of 1132.
How comes? I'm not complaining mind you but is there an unhidden glitch?
PS I love the roc cosmetic bag :T
There is a 150 point bonus automatically added with te Bourjois nail varnish if you hadn't accounted for that one. Would that explain it? Ihave to admit my receipts bemuse me at times!0 -

You must have been in Boots before me cos I definitely got the last two.
I've just thought - If I can but 12 more JK files costing £24 I'll get £30 in points and can go get some clarins cleansers to put down plus the gift. I'll be trawling through a few Boots this week me thinks.
Does anyone know when that glitch ends?Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

Hi I have been a member for a while now but am new to bootsing and have started reading through this thread and am going to try out a few of the ideas that everyone has very kindly posted on here when I next shop in boots.
I just wanted to ask - does anyone have any knowledge of No7 makeup counter, What I want to know is that I believe that you can book an appointment with the counter and have a beauty consultation and have your makeup done, they show you the best products for your complexion etc, my question is - Do they charge you for this service? I feel a a bit daft phoning them up to ask so I thought some nice person on this thread may be able to help
many thanks

They do not charge - well not round here anyway and the service you get will depend upon the S.A and how busy the store is.
Some will get you to book, others if not busy will do it there and then.
If you get one of these done I would advise not buying anything till you go out of the shop and spend a whle wearing the make up. I have found in the past that due to the lights in the shops the colours etc always look totally different as soon as I walk out of the shop.0 -
hello!
i had a wonderful day today! first of all, i had some free hours without my family  and i visited two stores in the morning. one of them didnt have an ACM, so decided to find my luck anywhere else
i bought:
2X Boots purple cameras (BOGOF+parenting coupon) 0.00
2X JK files £4 plus 500 points for them (thank you for advertinsing! and actually, i saw one note saysing, that you can get 500pts for JK, Clarins and some more brands if you buy 2 products)
reduced jewlery for my daughter
Boots shaving gel £1.19 + 100pnts from ACM
so, i paid 7 with something, got 600points back.
happy day!0 -

most of them do it i think - and it's always free after all they want you to buy their products! you'll probably have to make an appointment - unless it's really quiet. take it as an opportunity to get on the good side of the No7 SA's - as when there are offers on they are more liekly to be nice to you! The No7 staff at my Boots think I'm nuts (they're right mind you!):rotfl::hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:0 -
Evening all.....Popped into two of my local stores today....not too bad really but could of been better! Nothing at all in my local one (Crown Point Denton) So left with just baby milk and 1/2 price water.
The Bigger store in Ashton-Under-Lyne i found 2 x JK nail files (last two!) = 500 points, 3 x Hydro Shave Gel Foam used acm 100 voucher for hydro and 100 voucher for mens toiletries so 200 points in total. Also got some Huggies Changing Pads with 100 points parenting voucher.
Nothing at all in the clearance....in fact i couldn't even find a clearance shelf!
Oh used one 2pound Bourjouris voucher on a 3d mobile gloss thingy so only cost 1.50...Not bad really but could of been better!
ANyone been to the Manchester Arndale store recently and know if they have any reduced memory cards or photo frames etc???
I'm going tomorrow but want to know if it's worth making the effort!0
