quick question as anyone exchanged the P&P? i bought this on line but really need the age rewind one, they have them in my local boots do you think they will exchange yes? or no?

not too sure...someone will be on at some point who has a better idea...but you could always use the "I'm allergic to this one" tack:o

I am so happy I actually use P & P and managed to pick up 3 boxes of the new plastic bottles (3 4 2) whilst No7 lady served someone else also got 500 points for £20 No7 spend and got served by young lad who never noticed it was one per customer. Major panic tho when extra point voucher wouldn't go through and he had to get supervisor but he didn't show her my stash just said I had met the minimum spend so she put them on maually for me:T :T :T :T

today went to boots and checked for 32mb memory cards..none but went to
ACM and had voucher for 5oo points on memory card, pressed to print, big noise from ACM but no voucher! called SA over who promptly pressed button twice! no vouchers printed and offer gone forever for me! basically told me nothing they can do as they dont have the memory cards in stock anyway, i could have used the vouchers in another store. so I have lost out on £15 worth of points! SA fixed paper in machine (which was not lined up properly) and said its working fine and it was me using the machine (in other words I did something wrong!) can i do anything? I am so mad

Quick question? I just bought some cow and gate baby food and had a parenting coupon for triple points on any purchase, the sa scanned the coupon but when I got home and checked my reciept they have not been added. Has anyone managed to get points added from CS after the purchase?

Sorry can I also ask what total spend offers there are in the ACM

Just got excited, so had to tell you all about my latest boots trip.
Got 4 x JK Nail Files so 8.00 and 1000 points
Free growing up milk with coupon
2 x HP Photo paper 1.00 each in clearence
Picked up 2 x single use camera to use coupon on but when I got to the till I had lost it so I asked sa to void the cameras. As I was walking away from till saw the coupon on the floor so sa put the cameras through for me, got both for free and in the confusion he gave me the coupon back too. hehe more free cameras for me.
