Boots Grabbit Bargains Thread part 9 - post your finds here

I notice on post #1 that the current deals end tomorrow. When do we find out what will be on offer next. Not that I'm already planning my next visit to Boots or anything!! Sadly no ROC gifts to be found here.
for those of us who have to spend monday to friday stuck in an office we rely on those who can get into boots during the week to see what the new offers are....basically there's no sort of definative list as everybody seems to get different offers...but they start to come in thick and fast when a new batch of offers on line codes and glitches are about...if you spot something you've not seen mentioned in the first post or the last few pages then get typing and get it on the thread and we just keep doing that ( some of those really dedicated peopleon here are really good at finding a bargain, some of us are still learning, and most of us want to find the best bargain, points gain we can.....and all of us are bonkers:eek: Hope that helps. (other than codes of course which we can't leave on here, just put the link in to the discount vouchers thread if you spot a boots code)
You'll get the hang of it quick enough....one word of warning though...try not to miss a day of reading, some days there will only be a few posts (well 4 or 5 pages) and when the new offers etc kick in - you log off for half an hour and you've got 10 pages to catch up on!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl::hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:0 -
Got 3x P&P tubes on 342 plus extra 300 points voucher from AC machine on No7. Very pleased, and such a nice SA.
Roll on the nice new offers :j0 -

Queensgate at Peterborough Boots is quite good. Quite new, very large with 2 floors and nearly always have GWP and freebies etc. I enjoy myself in there. It would get my vote.0 -
Hi all,
Went Bootsing again today:
1st Boots
1 x Revlon nail varnish
1 x Revlon colour stay lipstick
1 x Olay age defying wipes
Total £19.28
Less voucher from Thursdays Metro for free Revlon colour stay lipstick when buying any Revlon make up.
1 x 50 points voucher for a £7.50 spend from AC machine
2 x £3 Olay vouchers
So paid £5.28 cash and got 200 (and something) points back as well as the £2 off Bourjois/ Maybeline voucher.
2nd Boots
Just used £1 in points to buy 2 packets of crisps and 3 packets of popcorn. Was going to get Cosmo mag with my points but till wouldn't allow it.
3rd Boots
Found 1 x £2 off Bourjois/ Maybeline voucher in the basket section. :j So off I went to the reduced section and picked up 3 x Bourjois 3D mobile lip glosses at £1.50 each = free.
Was about to leave but found a lonely discarded £2 off Bourjois/ Maybeline voucher so off I went back upstairs and got another Bourjois 3D mobile lip gloss.
That's me out of those £2 off Bourjois/ Maybeline voucher. Maybe just as well as I'd have to buy a Bourjois 1 second nail varnish which I don't actually need.
I finally went home (only because it was 2:45pm and I left the house at 8:50am), otherwise I would have travelled further to check out 2 more Boots.Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
Boots points: £0.28
Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)
Mutual points: 3417 (redeemed 8250)
Rpoints:redeemed 28925 points)Cashbag:£8.91(£20)0 -

AFAIK Manchester Arndale and Nottingham city centre are their flagship stores. The also have other large stores that aren't classed as flagship like Meadowhall, Trafford centre etc.

I went to Oxford street branch the large one near Bond Street station and got the Roc gwp. I had picked up some wipes to 'shield' the transaction but then I decided to take advantage of bonus time at Clarins so I paid for everything there.
The SA put the gwp in 1st and I thought 'oh no' but we were so busy talking about how wonderful the clarins hand cream was that she didn't notice so I said to her I had changed my mind on the wipes.
There were 3 Roc gwps left. there's no signage nothing, so thanks to the op about that glitch.
I am perplexed with by points total because it's much more that i estimated
I bought
1 x clarins toner £16
1 x clarins hand cream £14
5 free mini clarins products
1 x Expert sensitive night cream free with acm voucher
2 x JK nail files (no more left on shop floor)
Bourjouis Nail polish (used £2 voucher and £2 parenting voucher)
Cocoa butter Moistureriser
packet of shapers thai bites(they were delicious!!)
I had a 200 points when you spend £25 voucher from acm but i spent £39.05 and got 482 points  + 650 offer points a total of 1132.
How comes? I'm not complaining mind you but is there an unhidden glitch?
PS I love the roc cosmetic bag :TThird time lucky on WW I hope :j

I was once told by CS that the largest boots in Europe was just outside Burnley. (I was tracking down "orchid" bags during the "medditeranian" glitch)0

BUT if you are in the health club, it scans as half price, so a bargain if you are wanting one.
Went to boots today. Just wanted to buy one of this. Found the reduced Microlife forehead thermometer for £8.50. So grabbed it as this was cheaper than the boots own one.
Also got 2 of reduced memory sticks £4.99 each. Bought them in separation transaction with 500 points. Now problem is they don't match with my digital camera (the one I bought can be used with sony brand only). Do you think if I return them back to the store (each at the different time), are they going to deduct my extra points?
No7 lady was very kind today. She let me having 3 p+p, but I had to at the No7 counter. My 300 points of buying £20 no7 did not scan. She also added it manually for me.
My good day of shopping at boots. :j0
