hi whats the best way to use the £2.00 voucher anyone plz?

Maybelline Unstoppable Mascara in black or brown is in most stores reduced from £5.99 to £2.99 so if you only have the £2 voucher you could get this for 99p - not bad for a £6 mascara.

I managed to leave my AC in the machine the other day as i was that busy thinking about getting the diareze and what I could disguise the glitch with. A very nice SA managed to get the card for me but she said if someone had have used the machine after me and taken my card then that would have been then end of the points for me. Although I only had about £11 on it as I use the points for topping up my phone, just beware if your card is lost then you have lost it for good.

just read your post then had to have a mad search through my bag, purses and coat until i found my card (in my coat pocket) I've left it in the machine twice so far! the amount of points i have on it at the moment i would be gutted if someone took it!

Really must make sure you take it out of the machine when you're finished otherwise someone else will benefit from all our so called savings!

Some people in this board have said that for returns, it is better to phone CS ahead and get a reference number for the return. This was told to them by CS on previous occasions.

I reported some time ago a terrible experience I had with returning some items without receipt: I was impatient and did not show the security guard the items, the shop was extremely busy and I was made to go from till to till because noone was allowed to change the products and in the mean time in one of the tills my products were magnetized again, by accident (I only realized this later when I saw a lot of people leaving the store beeping after having paid at one of the tills I first inquired in, and placed the products on). When after a lot of time looking up and down the stairs I couldn't find the team manager I decided to go to another Boots store and do the exhange there... My products beeped at the exit, I had no receipt and spent the most embarassing moment of my life there.

So either phone CS ahead or show the products to the security guard and wait for him to guide you.

Thanks for your advice! I really appreciate it, sorry to hear about your experience.

I left my ac card in the machine a few months ago,got to the till and realised it had gone.the store manager phoned cs and got the card stopped immediately.when the new one came only 50 odd p was left on it and id had about £18.phoned cs and they put them back on for me.
The card had been used whilst i was stood with the manager whilst she was on the phone canceling it so they knew it wasnt me!!
you would be suprised at the detail they knew think it was something like:
ac card put in ac machine at 3.39pm,call made at 3.42pm to cancell card and the card was used at 3.43pm!!!
at least i got them back though!!
    I heart The Capital ;)
