I will do tracking, do u guys think tracking will solve this problem?and how much it cost ?can i just do the one which need to be stright,or i have to do all 4 wheels?thanks0

How are you going to track one wheel?
Tracking needs to make sure all wheels are pointing in the same direction with the correct suspension geometry angles.
A proper suspension check after such a major job should be done. Best part of £100.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
rear rigid axels cant be laser tracked anyway! if anything i bet it a duff scrapper axel, your camber angle is wrong and this why it looks out of synque with the other side, either suspension fault, axel bushes, bent axel, collapsed wheel bearing, or simply someone didnt bother to make sure they bolted the wheel on right and bent the hub using too much force (i.e a air gun to tighten bolts up whilst the wheel was on the ground).
either case if your car looks like it has a major defect the police can prevent you driving it youll end up paying for recovery and defect rectification notice issue to you and if the wheels tyres are below minimum it could mean 3-6 points £60-£120 fine some police officers are nice and if you have a spare wheel and both rears are past minimum they will let you change one to reduce the points and fine aslong as the spare is a goodun!.0 -
I thought that if the police or vosa considered it to be dangerous that they could
No, they prohibit the vehicle from further use. The owner then has to get the vehicle recovered for repairs, then get a new MOT. The vehicle is not taken to a pound.0 -

Yeah if its straight piece of tube axle or something. But most cars have some form of adjustment.
The 206 is more what i call radius arms than an rigid axle. If the bushes were reamed off centre you can get some adjustment, Whether intentional or not.
Or the bushes were worn on the replacement and they used thick grease or similar to cut the play out.
Possibly scrapped because the wheels didnt line up.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Right
GO TO A DIFFERENT GARAGE AND GET THEM TO LOOK AT IT
YOU CANNOT DO TRACKING ON A KNACKERED BACK AXLE0 -

Got to a different garage, the one you used are obviously not going to fix it for you
And no, showing the police the receipt will not save you getting a ticket if they think you car is dangerous
Maybe you should take a photo and post so we can have a look0 -
Did you supply them with the axle?? Where did it come from?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
