  • Ah, a holiday coming up, perfect!! Enjoy, you have earned it. Being away from work will do you good :)
    Excellent stuff.

    Look at all those surveys, wow! You practically are a professional survey filler inner! Sexy job title too! ;)

    So what are your plans for the time off?

    Oh yes, I can't wait. A whole week.......9 days with the weekends :T

    Haha I might get myself a little badge printed with that job title :rotfl: Maybe a personalised polo shirt too :D

    Well, I'm going to my brothers and sister in laws for the 1st weekend where I'll hopefully also catch up with some old school friends and then I'll probably have a day in Wales with my parents at some point and maybe see some other friends. I'm quite happy just to potter a bit at home too :) I know it'll fly by :o:D

    Day off tomorrow and it's happy new car day to me too :D

    Today
    * £2 on lunch. I only said yesterday that I always take lunch to work. Well today.....I forgot! Jinxed meself! :rotfl:
    * £5 diesel. Gutted I had to put more money seeing as the car goes back tomorrow but I wouldn't have made it home otherwise :D
    * Receipts scanned on checkoutsm@rt
    * £45 on professional car valet. Already had the cash for this :A
    * 270SB earned :D
    * £117.66 on house insurance for the year . Bit more than I paid last year but I did it through Nati0nwide who gave me a 20% discount for being a customer plus a £50 Am@zon voucher so taking that into account, it was a better deal. I shall miss getting a meerkat though! :rotfl:
    * £2.01 payment to Nati0nwide CC
    * Cashed out £21.05 to payp@l from PA
    * Changed my bank details on TCB and once it's verified, I'll cash out £11.90 to my bank
    * Both of these will be paid to the Nati0nwide CC which will take it under £100 :j:T
    * Opened some more savings accounts with Nati0nwide - love the fact they can be renamed so it makes it easier to transfer money about.
    * Updated YNAB......I love it!!

    Right......and so to bed........zzzzzzz

  • Thanks guys. My new car is lovely although I've gone from a diesel to a petrol and I've lost count of the amount of times I've stalled it :rotfl:

  • What's this? What's this? It's only blimming Friday! That's what it is!!! :T:j:beer:

    Wednesday
    * £24.57 top up groceries and a few things on offer and receipt scanned on checkoutsm@rt
    * Youg0v survey
    * 234SB earned
    * £21.05 landed in my payp@l from PA so been paid straight to Nati0nwide CC

    Yesterday
    * £3.94 on cat litter and pick'n'mix and receipt scanned on checkoutsm@rt
    * Applied to join pinec0ne. I love me surveys I do! :rotfl:
    * 201SB earned which took me to 1694SB, enough for a £10 Am@zon voucher only 8 days after cashing out a £15 voucher, which I'm still waiting for. And a banner thing flashed up telling me I qualified for a 1000SB bonus when redeeming a gift card. So I've earned £25 of Am@zon in the last few weeks and I'm over half way to another £10 voucher. :money:

    Today
    * £25 fuel and receipt scanned on checkoutsm@rt
    * VO survey
    * 226SB earned

    I've wanted a Fitbit for a while which I might get with my Am@zon vouchers but if I continue to do all these surveys while sitting on my bum, it won't register a damn step! I shall think about that then.......:p:D

    I got my lovely new car and even better, it came with half a tank of petrol! I've moved £15 out of my fuel budget and into my holding account on YNAB for now. :)

    I had some good and bad news about my previous car. The good news is that it's only going to cost me £300 now, instead of £600 which was the worst case scenario :) However, I've got to pay it in 2 installments when I was sort of hoping for 10! :( Oh well. I appreciate that my work have been generous and paid some more of the cost but I'm a bit gutted that debt repayments will suffer for the next couple of months. I'll be able to cover the minimums and maybe a bit more but not as much as I want to pay. At least it will be done and dusted then I can move on :T

    Have a brilliant weekend. I'll be mostly filling in surveys.........;):D:o

    Another weekend flown by. It's been nice though, I've seen my sister and my niece and nephew and been out for a free lunch :T

    Yesterday
    * £16.07 on special cat food for my beautiful cat
    * £19.21 on groceries including a few extra treats for visiting family and receipt scanned on checkoutsm@rt
    * VO survey
    * PA survey
    * 82SB earned

    Today
    * Youg0v survey
    * VO survey
    * 100SB earned
    * Withdrew £10 for lunch out with my visiting family but my parents paid. I'll put that in my savings pot for now:)

    Not a lot else to report. Still waiting for the TCB money to hit my account ready for payment to Nati0nwide. As ever, just waiting for payday..........12 days to go! :beer::j:T

    I need to go through the house again looking for stuff to eb@y. I've got so many things I want to save up for, once this blimming debt is history. Keep on eh! :)

  • I'm on the countdown to payday too. It's been a tight month so far, and still more than a fortnight until I get paid... :( But closer to DFD...
    And a free lunch is always a bonus!
