    Kindness - it's a rare commodity.

Very true, as are manners. Society seems so 'me, me, me' now with little to no concern for others feelings. It wasn't like that when I was young.

God dont I sound old :o

    1) People who grab life with both hands and take (calculated) risks.

    2) People who speak foreign languages. I am hopeless at languages and it's probably the skill I would most like to have.

    3) Renaissance men or women. I just love people who are knowledgeable in so many fields and have such curiosity. When I was a teenager my idols were Jonathan Miller and Peter Ustinov because I found it so amazing that they knew about so many different things.

    Wow! Some fantastic work there!
  • I admire the incredible doctors and nurses at Great Ormond Street. My niece was diagnsoed with leukemia when she was just 6 weeks old. They saved her life and still give the most amazing support when she has regular check ups with them. Without them we would have lost her for sure, something I cant even begin to contemplate.

    A good mum.

Having recently become one I've realised what a hard job it is and I have so much admiration now for mums who raise their kids well (and the ones who do it alone, or also work, or have a spotless house well I just don't know how you do it!!)

You know what,I can sing very well and I admire singers with amazing voices, but I also really admire people with flat voices who can get up infront of loads of people in a pub or elsewhere, and give it some welly on a karaoke and not care in the slightest what they sound like :)
