Good for you. I am now with Plusnet Unlimited Fibre (60/20), and will be paying £5 a month for the next year, so I win...

Nevertheless just before the end of your new contract make sure you ring retentions. to say you are thinking of leaving and what can they offer.

I have just moved from BE to Infinity unlimited 1 this week. Asked for my MAC code last week and informed them that I would be leaving. Today I get a txt message informing me of charges.

I phone BE up to be informed that the "System" has added charges and they would issue a refund.

I am very surprised at this let down. They have always been so good over the last 5+ years.

If they offered fibre and were not being bought by sky. I would have still been with them.

I am however impressed with BT at the moment. Very efficient and have done what they have said they would..... i just dont trust them.

I think they will now try to charge for a router, even if you return your BeBox, so make sure you get a proof of postage

All you have to do is scan your PoP and email it to them. Call them and they'll tell you the address, but it's something like modems@bethere.co.uk

Yes, apart from the fact that the PoP does not have a tracking number. They by default pretend that they haven't received the modem back, and then suddenly confirm they have received it when you provide the PoP...
