I'm in a sim only contract with O2, until November 2013. I've been contacted by e2save who I believe are part of O2 offering me an upgrade. I don't understand how I can leave my contact? Do they buy me away from O2? I don't want to go with them & find out I still have to pay O2 £15.99 a month! Anyway what they've offered…

Ah right, well if O2 can upgrade you now then E2Save can probably do the same. But like i said in my last post they're a third party and even though it's cheaper it's higher risk. Therefore get it in writing before agreeing to anything over the phone.

I've heard a number of stories about people ending up with two contracts or being charged more than they should have been with this company.
