It is mostly illegible but they have the original application and a recon terms and conditions. I can ask them to send a clear copy etc but I am going to hang fire for now to see what they do next and take it from there. Nothing has been paid to them for 17 months now.

Well a new development...on further inspection it appears what Crapquest have sent may not be enforceable after all! Mostly illegible and conflicting statements in the documents sent. So I am sending off another letter to them stating this and asking them again to comply with my original request and send the appropriate documents to me, including the prescribed terms. Will keep you posted as to what happens!!
