They are selling fakes, plain and simple. You can't buy retail genuine branded goods from China. It might not be a scam in that they do send something but it will 100% be fake goods (that might be seized and destroyed at customs anyway.)

I never said whether or not I thought it was a scam website or not - What I am pointing out is that just because a website has bad English on it should not be a case for judgement. In other words, the OP has made that one of their arguments/judgements. Irrelevant of bad English, you should not tarnish every website with bad English. That must surely be Slander, Discrimination and/or Racist to a degree? You might say "I think it might be a scam because they have given me a fake address" for example, but not because they, also, have bad English. Bad English does not mean Scam.

I don't care if its good or bad English - its totally irrelevant and I direct that towards everyone who has brought it up in this thread. The facts are what I pointed out and that is these are fakes, whatever language its written in.

The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service

I would predict that their (probably fake) address will be revealed fairly soon ;).

So if the bad, or even good, English is irrelevant why did the OP bring it to our attention then?......and that's my point. They could of said about the address not adding up and other elements of "The Possible Scam" that did not seem correct. They gave a good section to the English being broken/bad.

To be fair, virtually all these Chinese based fake sellers show poor English skills on their websites. But as I said, there was no point for anyone to bring it up at all. You're fixated on the language aspect... others have mentioned the whois details and the price. Its all relevant to a point but the simple way to tell that its a rip off site is because you can't buy branded goods from China. And thats all that really matters at the end of the day. No point in arguing over any other aspect of it to be honest.

Anyway, can't stay here chatting......I've got to buy some branded goods from the local high street market.....they will probably say "Made In China" and be sold by an English man with a dodgy accent :rotfl: If I am lucky enough to get a receipt I will check the spelling and grammar before I part with the cash :D

They'll be fakes too probably ;)

If your point is that most branded goods come from China then you are correct but Joe Public cannot buy branded goods directly from China! Why? Because the brand owners heavily control their distribution channels which does not include some dodgy Chinese company dispatching directly!! Simples!!

Spot on regarding Distribution channels, that was always a clear sign with Ugg Boots, that although may have been made in China; they were forwarded onto Australia - to then be distributed globally via the brand owner..

The reason I don't like the bad grammer is simply because it shows a certain level of unprofessionalism. Nope, thats not a real word. :p But hey, you know what I mean.

If they have not even bothered to create a coherent website I do question it, not because they are foreign, but because they have just thrown the website up without even spending the money to make it look right.

If they haven't got that part right, then they obviously haven't pumped much money into it at all. It means they haven't even got a proof reader.

Cheers guys, I will not be falling for it. It just worries me that this site is there and doesn't get taken down. How many people must have already been conned?

EDIT: Oh it is a word lol I just assumed it wasn't because my (stupid) browsers spell checker underlined it. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/unprofessionalism
