Is this website a scam site?

Does anyone know or is there a way to find out if this website is actually a real website selling shoes at these prices?
http://shellynishoes.co.uk/
The reason I ask is because:
A. Shoes are cheaper than anywhere else (£45 for "Air Max Classics" when they are £60 upwards everywhere else and about £90 in shops!)
B. Some very dodgy looking text on the website, that looks like someone that hardly knows English has tried their best to translate it.
For example:
"When you place your order online, you can choose an easier payment method to pay,the payment we accept Paypal,Wire Transfer Via Bank,Western Union And Money Gram."
Should say "the payments we accept" not "the payment we accept". Or better still it should say "The payment options are as follows".
Then again here:
"Please note:
You will be received an invoice in your emails within 10 hours after you order online, you can make payment via the invoice."
Its broken English "You will be received" when it should say "You will receive" and "make payment" when it should say "make a payment" or "make your payment".
This is a strange website. It looks unprofessional etc, to me anyway.
It is Chinese I think. On the "About Us" page it shows they are all Chinese (not that I have anything against that, but this is obviously nothing to do with people in Northern Ireland is it!)
What has Northern Ireland got to do with anything?!
http://shellynishoes.co.uk/About_Us-2.html
Are they importing the shoes from China to Northern Ireland and then sending them on to people in the UK?
"Shellyni Boutique, 503 JianQian RD, MingHang, ShangHai, China."
What about customs charges? It says they are "very very rare" but that doesn't mean it isn't happening in every single case, you'd just order the shoes yourself and get a charge and think you alone got unlucky when it might be every single case there's a charge.
For the sake of saving £15 on a pair of trainers is it even worth it?
I did install "McAfee Site Adviser" but I don't really want this on my system just for one website and I have no clue how it works now it is installed anyway. I don't know of any online websites that check the legitimacy of these things.
Another thing is this ain't 1998 anymore its 2013 and Google seems to sort scam sites out pretty fast, telling you its dangerous.
Maybe someone here has bought shoes here and can verify this is not a scam? I don't want my bank account emptying for the sake of saving £15!

Run a mile,
First Rule as always - If it looks too good to be true...
Wire Transfer Via Bank,Western Union And Money Gram - is the next bit to raise the alarm.. Your money is generally gone with no way to claw it back.. Only correct Paypal integration & Card Merchant Services leave you with some level of protection (but then needs to look legit with secure connection etc..)..

GOD help us if we all judge a website by broken English. Many people with English language websites would love to have their websites translated into Spanish by a native Spanish speaker for example, in order to bring in more business, but often cannot afford the £1 Per Word or whatever it is these days translation fees and therefore use Google Translator for example as a cheaper, alternative, option.
Furthermore, many "Foreigners" living here who are perhaps not too good at English and perhaps married to a British Citizen may want to setup business in the UK one day - Hopefully they are not asked to performed another "British/English" Language Test as in the "Life In Britain" bull**** just because they want to set up a website and/or company.
If I was a "Foreigner" I might look at your own English and frown. Example #1:
Another thing is this ain't 1998 - "Johnny Foreigner" might think that word is nonstandard, too informal and/or too improper!
Example #2:
Maybe someone here has bought shoes here and can verify this is not a scam?
Perhaps the above should read something more specific/exact like:
Maybe someone on this Money Saving Expert forum has bought shoes from that website based in China and can therefore verify that their Chinese company is a genuine company.
In other words, do we really need to be EXACT with our English these days? Would you be able to write that well in Chinese if the boot was on the other foot (excuse the Shoe pun!)? It really is down to interpretation - Just because someone has broken English does not mean their website and/or company is bad. Bad (Broken) English should not be interpreted as Bad Company, Bad Person and Bad Website.

One place to check if a website is safe, that might have scam elements associated with it such as junk mail, is Norton Safe:
https://safeweb.norton.com
Another is McAfee Site Advisor:

In some instances, there may be a customs stop your parcel and charge applied to your package (very very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility,we don't refund if destinations' Customs stop your parcel.
I WILL TRANSLATE THE ABOVE
add 10% import duty and 20% Vat on top for a fake
why bother unless you are a complete fool?
