Does a lady ever reveal her age?
Edit: Cross posted with SC, evidently yes!
Not in real life, though there seems a constant conversation about who is and who isn't (still) in their forties.
+ in the interests of our health.
Another issue is revealing my weight, which really is a no, no. OH has booked for us to see the grand canyon by plane and they need to know my weight. It is almost enough to make me decline the excursion.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Changing the subject.
Want to book a show in LA. Choosing between a musical or a concert. Any opinions. Also there are 8 versions of cirque de soleil on at the moment. I've seen it once here, is it a case of once you've seen one you should go for something else?
I agree with Viva. Seen one, seen em all imo.
Penn & Tellers show is meant to be awesome. If I could afford LA, I'd see them. It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
Relieved to say that of my 30 chilli plants it appears that only 6 didn't make it. The others are fine (so far).
Sunshine forecast for the remainder of the month. Hope that'll help the garden grow...It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

I love London. And rewired of course but London really is an amazing place.
I wonder if one loves London more if one comes for occasional visits rather than working here every day?lemonjelly wrote: »In other news, there is the possibility that I will become a published model soon!
You haven't done another of those dodgy bowls calendars have you...'And in May we have LemonJelly, hasn't he acheived a lovely shine on his woods' sort of thing?I think....0 -

I think when you work in London you can forget what an amazing place it is. It's hard work but you can get a lot out of it too.
Meetings went well BTW.0 -

I'm off on August 3rd to Georgia, but if you fancy a coffee before, PM me. I'm either about 40 minutes from London, or in West London, depending on what I'm doing.PasturesNew wrote: »
Technically, yes.
We have several students volunteering in our place of work, from a specialist school, and I think MSE Towers foes this too.
