I'm not a lady either Michaels, most of the time, but I'd use a belt. Only, these breeks just aren't made for 'un. The top part of them is soft and stretchy and foldable and has no belt loops.

What you need is bright red braces.

After a palaver with the doctor all she managed to detect was a vitamin D deficiency - so now I have to drink a pint of cod liver oil a day or I'll get rickets and I still don't know what is wrong with me. On the plus side I'm getting physio tomorrow to sort out my knackered knees and seeing a vascular surgeon in a couple of weeks to get rid of a horrible varicose vein. Hooray.

Yeah get a vintage brick style mobile phone as well and a blue shirt with white collar and cuffs. Then shout "buy buy sell sell" into the phone a lot and the look will be complete. Prob need a Porsche 911 as well.

Doesn't sunlight lead to your body producing vitamin D all on its own?
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

Fr me to take a photo I have to get the camera out, snap, remove the card, fire up the laptop, slide the card into the laptop, connect the laptop to the Internet, then either move the photo onto this PC or upload it to flickr. Consequently .... I rarely do anything of the sort.

In here, for most of the day (even in high summer), it's too dark to take photos, or even read food packets (have to take them to the patio doors to read them. Then, come evening time, the low energy lightbulbs aren't enough to see anything either.... so no evening/night photos either.
gosh PN that could get the neg post of the week award ;)
What you need is a nice cosy house of your own and a smart phone...... bit of compromise and you can get both by Xmas....then you'll be able to 'breathe' and get on with the stuff that you do and that matters :)

    Just keep picturing it finished.

(I have never been brave enough to face such disruption..so live in a cramped style free home)
We didn't have much choice as we had tarted her up over the years so she looked fine but the tenants wore her fairly hard and then our ground floor 'sunk' one day.
Investigations led to knowing we had to do 'big, disruptive costly work' so figured may as well do everything at the same time. She had needed new windows since we bought her for example (in 1996) and we read the old survey recently and bits about drains were in it back then........and we re-built all our soil/waste/drains whatsits just 2 months ago.

There are nice bits coming together now. We put up a glass sheet on 2 walls in the new downstairs shower room in 'Swiss mountain lake 'aqua-y/ green. With the charcoal tiles, looks very...um...not B+Q :)
It's become a money pit though.:(

I read this too.....I don't think you can get it from food...but could be wrong.

UK doesn't get much sun and use of high factor creams when it is out affects absorption....but then I read that 10 mins a day is enough....but that could only be for 4 months over a year.
