I am plugging the empty feeling with as much high-calorie food as I can get through this evening.

Had a second viewing on a house this evening (first saw it last night). It is incredibly overpriced, and has been slightly massacred (eg lots of expanding filler stuff on the outside where they moved the kitchen waste pipe.
Last night I was tempted to make an offer. Today I am not.

I think the 18 yr old estate agent was flirting with me too. I felt quite grubby being nice back rather than telling him what I think of estate agents!

At 18 he'd not understand a word you said .... so would just get back to the office and when asked how it went he'd say "Mad lesbian with PMT".

Did he ask if you work out ?- I find this is the first question you get asked when you go into a car show room even when one look at me it is patently obvious that I don't 'work out'
