Think it may be an easy day today, had a horrible migraine yesterday afternoon/last night which had me vomiting at silly o clock in the morning. It eventually calmed down, headache went to a dull ache with painkillers (at about 4 this morning) but when I woke up, it had come back!
It is now dulling down again but to say I feel delicate is an understatement. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Sounds nasty, Sue.Hope your boys are looking after you.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Just a thought PN.
If you're going to run an internet business and you have a lot of capital and a low capability to earn an income then have you thought about moving to somewhere like Thailand or Spain?
Your earning potential would presumably be similar but you could buy a house and live a nice life rather than spending down your capital.
I'm not trying to tell you how to live your life, it's just a thought.0 -

I'd be worse in a country where I don't know the language and don't know the rules ...... as well as knowing nobody. At least here I can go out, buy things in the shops and drive as I know all the rules
And, I don't run an internet business.... I f4nny about online to make a few bob - that turned out to be quite a few bob .... and is now rarely a single bob.0 -

Perhaps you could give it a go. Renting a place in a country town in France or Spain or Italy would cost buttons. In 6 months you'd be close to fluent in the local language.
You just seem to be on a hiding to nothing at the moment. Going nowhere and getting poorer. Interest rates might rise at some point to bail you out but then again they might not.
Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not critical of your choices, I'm simply offering possible alternatives.0 -

I've never been abroad.... why'd I suddenlly go and live there without knowing anything about the country, language, locations, systems?0 -

I think for YOU it might be a bad decision. But I think in general its not bad advice. There are parts of Spain that the communities are english. An acquainace's mother and sister lived for five years there happily and neither speak more Spanish than 'hola' and 'gracias'. It wouldn't be for me, if I were in Spain I'd want to be IN Spain IYSWIM.0
