It's really bad luck to bring lilac into the house, supposedly. I never normally pay heed to that...not least because I love lilac and its such a short season. I have bunches of lilac and apple blossom off the duff apple tree through out the house. I suppose I should surround them with broken shards of mirror to complete the look of bad luck.0

There wasn't much of a garden here at all.....no flower beds or anything, but I love our lilac trees. Sme our white and some are the 'lilac' colour. This year we hope to dig a trench around them to prepare them to attempt to move them, otherwise eventually we will lose them in the developments here.0 -

Well, save him th arduous flight and have him closer. There is a massive cycling community I around here, so maybe he'd be happy.
