Last things played on my i-pod* are a couple of Nina Simone songs, a ludicrously cheerful Carpenters song, and Bach's double violin concerto in D minor (which I adore).

Oooh, I love Bobby Womack (goes off to edit Spotify playlist)...

Dh has, um, several MP3 players now. It might be overpriced but he assures me the iPods are for him the best of his collection, The one he has given me is an iPod.0 -
I like my ipod, it's great. Long-lasting, too, I've had it for ages. I think it was a Christmas present from my parents....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

DH's favourite music player is a Colorfly. I have no idea what one is or what it means but apparently they are quite good. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Same. I also say "what is the terrible noise" like a grumpy old man wherever dance music is played. Unless it's the prodigy's experience album...
Oh played some Calvin Harris on the journey to Scotland and I had to ask her to switch it off as it gave me a headache.

I am woefully out of touch with modern music.
The last 3 to play on mine were all Paul Anka doing rock covers, but I've been in a bit of a quirky musical mood today.
So Cracker have been getting a lot of play, as have Dread Zeppelin.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
