Taking The Airlines To Court

I know sorry I just realised that. ;-) I will delete and I have posted a question on there too...0
-
TC still not sent me or the court their bundle, (hearing in 3 days), I have emailed and spoken with the court to make them aware, the clerk said he would print my email and add to my bundle for the Judge to make direction.
Surely this is a breach of court order and their defence should be struck out?
The Clerk said not necessarily, but won't look good for TC!0 -

Sounds like they'll make an application to stay ...
Make sure you also bring a copy of this week's CoA judgement - and be clear that Jet2 have been refused permission to appeal.0 -
And that until Jet2's leave to appeal to Supreme Court is actually granted (which opinion seems to be that it won't) the CoA ruling on 11/6 is THE LAW. End of.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
The alleged Ringleader.........0 -

Because Jet2 have said they appeal to SC, even they they were refused by CoA. So airlines think they wil get ANOTHER bite at the cherry, allowing to procrastinte further. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Any guidance appreciated,I started corresponding with Jet 2 over my 12 hour delay but due to their procrastination and the delaying tactics at court with the appeal on the Huzar case, time has no crept on and whilst getting to nba stage I didn't start proceedings via MCOL.
In light of the Huzar appeal court decision do you think I can start small claims process ?0 -

You need to make your own decision based on what you can read on here - start with the FAQs. There is a Huzar thread also.0 -
hi, I recently flew Qantas to see my ill Mother. When she passed away I asked them to change my flight and got given the wrong information meaning that I paid to do something I wouldn't have. They have emailed to say they were in the wrong but have only offered (and paid although I didn't want to accept) a lower amount. How can I take an international airline to small claims?0

Sorry to hear of your loss.
You need to post on the air travel forum: this one is dedicated to delays and cancellations.
