Finally got my judgement today ordering payment but with no timescale on. How do I know when the defendant has had enough time to pay?0

Id be inclined to send a chaser email to their legal department enquiring whether they require your bank details. PM me if you need an address.0 -
Hello, Would you happen to know please if I have a case to take Thomson Airways to the small claims court? They are citing 'extraordinary circumstances' due to trouble with the thrust reverser and have obviously rejected my claim re: compensation for a 6 hour flight delay. However, after reading comments regarding 'extraordinary circumstances', I feel under the impression that this may be just their way out of paying...would appreciate any help regarding this.I would love to challenge their decision, but must be certain of my facts. Any help would be greatly welcomed. Thank you.0

Have a good read of the FAQ's on page 1 diamonds
Yes they claim EC's as the default answer in 99.9 % of cases.0 -
I have decided to take Thomson Airline to court as they are just not wanting to pay up. Is there a 'template' letter I need to follow to start court proceedings? thanks0

I can't see the FAQ's on Page One :-(0

FAQ's are on each specific airline thread, so I think my fancy hatted friend meant to point you to here, the FAQ's on the dedicated Thomson thread:

Take a look at post #2 for FAQ's but it is worth having a good read of this court thread and all the Thomson thread. it might seem like it will take a long while to do that (and, yes it will!) but that is nothing compared to the time you will need to dedicate if you decide to go to court yourself rather than use a NWNF outfit. The above is just my opinon - which counts for nowt! You must make up your own mind.0 -

No, you can either follow the link in the FAQ's for MCOL, (on page one) or just read about it from the same site and do a paper handed in at court claim, which is more advisable if there's more than two of you.
MCOL is supposedly just for single claimants but some judges allow multiple names, others don't. Be sure to list peoples names in the Claimants box anyway.0
