I have no idea

Is it split over 10 payments? If so could you ask them to split it over 12 instead? It said on the back of my bill that I could call them and ask for 12 payments.

Do you have to pay all of this yourself, or is it for a large property that you share? I'm just wondering if perhaps they've made a mistake with your bill. Fingers crossed
