Mine stayed the same, but we can pay over 12 months now, so I've done that and reduced my monthly payment. My water bill has risen by almost £4 per month.

Mine has stayed the same too, which came as a pleasant surprise. The first time for a few years where there hasn't been an increase. Happy days :)
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.

Just got ours..£220 a month...For ten months..Our council do a good job of things...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
