Mine stayed the same, but we can pay over 12 months now, so I've done that and reduced my monthly payment. My water bill has risen by almost £4 per month.52% tight0

Mine has stayed the same too, which came as a pleasant surprise. The first time for a few years where there hasn't been an increase. Happy days

Our council tax has stayed the same

One of our water bills has gone up though by about £5 a month (we have to have two seperate ones round here)

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
