Do you have any local charities with shops, rather than National ones? They are usually crying out for volunteers and would be more likely to accept your existing CRB. Also Pensioners Lunch Clubs? is there a Homeless Shelter in your area that you could help out at? I think the idea of starting a walking club could be a good one- perhaps put a sign up in the library, and create an email address just for that so you can monitor it more easily. Also there is free online certificated learning at https://www.vision2learn.com, which may just give you the edge on your CV. Good luck x0

Stereotypically, yes, you did; IMO you obviously realise this, and are trying to subvert the notion of roles being gender specific.Jojo_the_Tightfisted wrote: »Did somebody make a gender specific suggestion?0 -
You can make a routine for everyday task. As a part time job you can do affiliation. Many people doing this one. Actually i am also doing this as a part time profession. But you should find-out another good job.Quit my job a few months ago, don't regret it and had a couple of offers since but haven't worked out for different reason.
Split with my ex the beginning of the year and now I find myself doing absolutely nothing all day every day. She had children so all my time was spent with them and her apart from when they were in school.
I have no friends either.
Apart from looking for jobs every day I pretty much do nothing. I'm doing an open uni course but i've done all the work for that now.
Any ideas what I can do to get out of this?

Huh? Driving jobs are a good option for most of the adult population and when unemployed, taking additional qualifications always helps. Getting a forklift or HGV licence is always handy. The number of such positions available through agencies is surprising if you haven't looked before.
I didn't think we were still in the days where it's shocking to think a mere woman could work in a warehouse or drive something bigger than a Clio.
Oh well. Back to the little shop jobs or looking pretty at the front desk then, I guess. [shrug]I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll
