    I received one of these "Parking Charge Notices" this morning, I will also be sending a strongly worded letter to Asda.

    Have a read through the NEWBIES FAQ sticky near the top of the forum index, one page back from here. It should tell you all you need to know about how to fight this - Smart are easy to beat if you follow our guidelines.

    If you need any further advice after reading the sticky, please come back, but create a new thread of your own - forum etiquette - one issue per thread, otherwise it gets very confusing if we get any number of new cases jumping in and posting on old threads.
