It's not a vital thing for me, I should not really have them anyway but I like a treat.
Just a hunch but as they were popular, maybe they will be back plus it's the summer or meant to be ( summer sells ice cream ).0 -

Supply seems very sporadic, I got a couple of boxes 3 weeks ago and I was going to top up my supply today but there were none left and the shop were not expecting them to come in.
I too was buying these a month or so back, have been buying 6 in a pack for 99p ( or poss £1) since. HTH0 -

They are just as tasty as any others that I've had but @ 6 for £1, so much better value and I've even had buy 2 get one free, so 18 for £20 -

Checked today whilst I was in the centre, they no longer sell the LA Diner ones, they now have Route 66 cones @ 99p for 6, I shall need to try them and see if they are as good.0 -

Was just going to post this, no sign of LA Diner cones but the Route 66 ones were in the same place.
Never tried the LA Diner ones but will give the Route 66 ones a try.0 -

Didn't know about this until I read your post so looked on way home from work.
Cheese pizza pack includes BBQ dip....Pepperoni pizza has sweet chilli dip....both have flat, garlic bead, spicy wedges and choc cookie dough. Didn't buy as freezer full at the moment. Like the idea that oven temp suits all the items , and cooking plan/timings all sorted for you. Personally I think co-op meal deals look better.
I finally got round to trying the pepperoni one last night whilst watching the Poland Portugal match. It was ideal for night in front of the telly and although I could've polished off the lot myself(!) there was more than enough for me, Mrs 1879 and the boy.
Pizza was really tasty; decent soft takeaway style base and plenty of surprisingly good pepperoni.
Garlic bread I was a bit worried about as it seemed to be really oily when cooking but when the melted butter soaked into the bread it was really good.
Wedges were crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle and had a nice spicy flavour without being overly spice-hot so the boy enjoyed them. LOADS of sweet chilli dip which I thawed in a mug of warm water as suggested and it was spot on.
Cookies, again very nice. I undercooked mine a bit so they were a touch too soft but I love cookie dough so it was all good!
Price was £4.99, not £4.95 (my mistake before, apologies) but at least with it being in a bag with handle already cut in to it I didn't have to buy a carrier :-)
Well worth trying.0 -

I wonder if they are planning on phasing out the LA Diner labelling and replace with Route 66 or is it just the cones.0 -

I spoke to an assistant at my local Farmfoods last week regarding this and you are correct in your assumptions!
I was looking at some Chicken Kievs and noticed most of the boxes were Route 66 albeit for a couple hidden at the bottom which were LA Diner branded. As the current offer was 3 for £5 I asked if I could combine the brands for the discount (the label only mentioned LA Diner as part of the offer) and the assistant said they're exactly the same product except for the labelling. LA Diner is slowly being phased out.0
