Hi guys I just made some lemon and ricotta cookies yesterday which were really nice and am looking to try out some different biscuits, cookies etc and just wondered what are everyone's favorite recipes? Thanks Sam x

Yeah. I forgot about the marsh mallows. If it is too soft (as mine usually is) add more biscuits.
I roll it out into a sausage and cut thin slices.
