I think it would depend on the jobs you do, does either you or your OH do a manual job? Mine works (atm) on a pig farm and the last thing he wants to do when he gets home from a long day (7.30-5.30) is chores. TBH I think it's about figuring out what will annoy him most to look at (if anything) and trying to leave that undone if you can bear to. I've given up the fight on a lot of stuff (laundry, cooking, bathrooms) but there are things that I just refuse to see, mostly sweeping related. I figure if he can not notice the state of the toilet I can not notice the state of the kitchen floor. It takes effort but I can do it0
