Hi i recently bought a mobile phone from Simply Electronics and im having serious trouble with them. They wont send my mobile phone that i bought with my debit card neither will they issue me with a full refund of £127. The thing is ive rang them several times to then to be cut off the phone by them? They have ruined my health with stress as to me thats alot of money to lose. Is anyone else having problems with them also who do i contact to complain about this. They seem to be taking peoples money from there credit cards without sending the item they bought.

How long ago did you order it? Assuming it is more than 14 days ao then speak to your bank and tell them that you want to do a chargeback for non-delivery.

ps You might want to stick to an easier to read colour

I'm having problems reading your thread because the font colour choice isn't easy to read.;)

The majority of posts and threads on this site are written in black fonts and you might want to follow suit in future.

Hi i ordered it last week , sorry about the bright colour however i have now changed the colour to black.:rotfl:

Talk to your bank, but they might insist on waiting for 14 days before they will process a chargeback.

Yes ive already contacted them but theres nothing they can do til after 30 days?!

The delayed delivery could be because, allegedly, they purport to be UK based but are in fact Hong Kong based - do a Google search on them - others complain of the same delays.
