    Hi Nigelbb
Im new to this site as i wanted to see if anyone else had been stung by NCP. The exact same problem happened to my friend and myself yesterday. We are both wondering how to tackle the problem and would love to know if there have been any further repercussions for yourself?

People have only been 'stung' if they are silly enough to pay a private fake PCN. You can start your own thread for advice on appealing this and winning it at POPLA, if the Centre don't cancel the piece of rubbish when you complain.

You have plenty of time to complain to the Centre and to research appealing this - because the appeal option is recommended to be done ONLY AFTER you get the first 'Notice to Keeper' letter in a month's time (assuming yours was a windscreen fake PCN only).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We received an NCP one this week, although we had paid for 4 hours , obviously to the wrong parking company. We went to the nearest Pay point ! I have tried to contact the MK Centre but can't get a contact number, I've tried emailing customer services to no avail. This is so unfair, my husband is not well and can do without this stress, but I am determined not to give up and pay this its a con. We parked opp entrance 11 ( Next) at MK. Signs should be made Clear and not left to trick people like this

My husband just wants to pay up and be done with it, but I believe in justice should we pay up or fight.
Anyone got a contact for the MK Centre please

    Take your pick http://www.thecentremk.com/Generic-Pages/Contact-Us

Robert Hall the Centre Director does not list his email address.

You need to send a strong challenge NCP too. Take my challenge & put in your own specific details.

Got caught by the same trick Saturday 5th Oct in the centre mk car park by north row and secklow gate. There were three or four other cars with PCCNs and tickets from the 'wrong' pay machine.

After finding and reading this very helpful forum I can't believe that this scam has been allowed to go on for so long!

But if you have only read this little old thread, you have read out of date advice. See my signature for where to click (one click!) to read the CURRENT threads about appeals and POPLA.
