I need to be in a cleaning mood to clean. I detest ironing and nothing makes it bearable!

Sorry guys, I like to post a few words here whenever I get the chance, but unfortunately I have just had a nightmare few days and haven't really wanted to.

My dear FIL died on Tuesday night. He was a lovely, lovely man who always had a smile for everyone and was loved by everyone he met.

Me, my lovely wife and my beautiful 6yo daughter have all taken it very badly and we all turn on the waterworks at every opportunity. Thankfully my 4yo DS is still too young to understand.

Anyway, give me some time and I'll be back insulting those who deserve it (like dotty). Until then, happy glitchin', smell ya later..

Ah sweetheart, I'm so sorry to hear this. I always greatly enjoy your posts, and it sounds as if you were greatly blessed in having such a lovely FIL - not everyone does by a long chalk. Look after each other, be there for your lovely wife and don't be away too long, we will miss you. x :A
    Hope is not a strategy.

    1 x ASDA All Purpose Cling Film (350mm x 60m)£2.64£1.60

    Afernoon.From a womble today.Compares to Morries.

Hello again. Regarding my Avs M list, I've been mentioning the Cling Film. It came from this little nugget of information that was posted on 26/3/13. I didn't have any own-brand cling film as comparable to M, so I checked specially for Cling Film last Wednesday. I couldn't find any for £1.60 in M, and neither could I find the above size. I did find M Cling Film 25m x 350mm, at with an 'any 2 for £2.00' until 12/5. And a 75m x 350mm pack for £3.30.

So is the 350mm x 60m a glitch? And do we now have to be buying 2 to compare against "2 for £2.00" (on a roll less than half as long) rather than a previous price of £1.60 each?* Your guess as good as... on this. All I can do is go and check another M tomorrow so, while you're all struggling through the crowds, I may be in an M store buying nothing but looking for any other cling film. I don't actually desperately need any cling film - the last I bought was around September last year, when M had the Benedetti refill on at 90p (or perhaps A vs M was equivalent 90p, I forget). It's been much higher ever since, hence why I'm avoiding the 'rollback' at £1.90 in A! It is the 350mm x 60m size though - so could the APG have picked up the Benedetti instead up to last Tuesday (I didn't think about that!)?

*Not aware of previous prices, as £1.60 (if it was that) for 350mm x 25m wouldn't have seemed that good a price to me! (And hence not taken note of.)
