When I phoned customer services I asked them about their policy on overcharges. I told them my experience with the beef and although they backed up the store by saying that it was probably put there by a customer and they can't be held responsible for stuff being moved around the store, they did say "on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill, we will send you a £10 gift card" So it is worth a call......every little helps as they say ;)

CS told me someone had probably put the joint in the wrong fridge and wouldn't pay out DTD

HO told me that didn't matter. It is not the customer's responsibility to check items are in the right fridge, it is the store's. i got a giftcard equivalent to triple the difference :D

All this excitement coupled with my learning this matched betting malarky - that takes some reading btw....reminded me of high school maths...oh the joys. Anyway I deffo think Easter eggs and a nice wine are in order today. My misses will be telling me how many "syns" I am having lol. I have even offered to got confession but she still tells me off lol.

Bless me father for I have sinned, today I ate 2 after eight easter eggs, 1 quality street egg, five rounds of toast with lashings of ICBINB and a whole selection of Oykos yogurts.

My child for your sins you must say 5 Hail Marys however if you got them "cheap" I'll let you off the penance as long as you tell me what an apg is. Habemus Papam.......:D

You'll have me crying too but only because i didnt know about any of this when it was on. The ambrosia-centric sada glitch was my most successful experience but even that seems nothing compared to previous

It was a close race for best glitch between r&r and h&b.:( But those good days are gone.

Writing a brief for my sister - can yous wans tell me if there are any errors in this....

You are looking at 3 for £10 easter eggs in sada.
you buy one one after eight .......there are two types(must buy the one with barcode ending 6705) and two of the others types of eggs which currently are £2 in sainsburys.

ie you buy three in total (one A8 plus two of below)

Galaxy All About Indulgence Chocolate Egg (323g)

    Maltesers & Friends Egg (312g)

    Cadbury Wispa Large Egg (313g)

    Cadbury Twirl Large Egg (325g)
    Galaxy Minstrels Egg (324g)
    Nestle Quality Street Egg (277g)

    Mars & Friends Egg & Bars (372g)
never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit

Thank you for this aaul :)
I am new to all this really but I am learning from you guys all the time and I am very grateful. I would never had had the nerve to even phone customer services prior to finding this forum.
Now, if the occasion arises again, I shall be able to quote the above. Thanks again.
