Thank you for this aaul :)
I am new to all this really but I am learning from you guys all the time and I am very grateful. I would never had had the nerve to even phone customer services prior to finding this forum.
Now, if the occasion arises again, I shall be able to quote the above. Thanks again.

Please can you help me? Does double the difference apply to online orders? Have just taken delivery of silverside joint clearly states half price 5 kg on line but have been charged £10 kg on delivery, can I get double the difference or is it instore only?

    Thanks very much x

Stickers being processed in same way. So if you have any moc coupons ( i,e, £3.00 off if you spend £30.00) hand them to casher first before they see your stickers and that discount will come of full price. I got 3 of the dishes with lids and the caserole a couple of weeks ago for basically 50p after discount.

Thanx so much for confirming :)

Can I ask you all a question please. I have tried to find the answer for myself but have had no luck.
My grandson was looking for a ps3 game and we looked online to see where it was cheaper. Ts price online was £33 and everywhere else was £38. So he went to Ts and bought it but was charged £38 (on sel). What I was wondering was, why is it cheaper going through T direct than in store? I have emailed Ts and they were supposed to be responding to me by phone but I have heard nothing. Am I just being a div (don't answer that:D) or should it be the same price?. Thanks x
