Someone was asking about doing a conditional spend shop - it depends on what you have to hand.

Ive got ones for a £30 shop and a £20 shop. I was going to do the latter and just get Whiskas but then I thought if I bought a £10 meal deal as well that would make it up to £30.

Most of the ones from the mailings - points and MOCs I used up last week but I had 70p off a meal deal and 50p off Finest coleslaw.

so I got Whiskas cat food - four boxes - check mys carefully, some are £4 odd in Tosco and 2 for £7 in tosco.

sun newspaper - 20 point till spit and it had a lucozade MOC

Finest meal deal and coleslaw - used a couple of the finest vouchers as I worked out my origiinal spend was over twenty and I said to the till person to hand scan them as my printer was rubbish :)

3 Malt bunnies as I had a free MOC

Various small fillers to make sure I had at least 12 items

So I got a thirty odd spend down to twelve using conditional spends, finest MOCs, mailing MOCs and last weeks TPP and I got a new TPP of just under a fiver for next week.

In theory if I had also got another meal deal to make the total £40 odd and I could have used a helping hand MOC and another Finest but I didnt want to risk it - not sure if helping hand would have pushed the till person over his comfort zone :D

But in theory 2 meal deals and 6 of the right Whiskas 12 pouch boxes and you should be able to use an assorted of Finest, helping hands and conditional spends and have enough right items plus potentialy a TPP for next week.

Not caught up with the news today - so most people with just the normal small ammounts in their current accounts are OK?

    :wave:Hi artha
Made a flying visit to your local T tonight to pick up the magazines and bought some of the parioli tomatoes. Can't believe that there were so many available! Too early for the evening rugby scrum so thought that I'd leave it to the professionals :)
