I have been with mobiles.co.uk for quite a while and never had a problem .Even resending a cheque for me last year as i changed address . But now i seem to be having problems with a standard cashback claim for january .
I have sent several e-mails with my bill on it through there automated service first on the 31 january then one in febuary and now several e-mails to customer support asking whats happening without any real response just asking for more details about myself . Which i have sent on . The customer phone support is a joke its just recorded messages please tell em its not at 50p a minute if it is it a great con . Give people poor service and make money out of them lol

Never call. Do it all in writing.

It is entirely usual for me to have to follow up my initial claims nowadays. I always get a response and have needed to correct their repsonses from time to time (wrongly rejected claims becomming rather more common).

I order for and watch over quite a few other people on these deals and am now finding E2Save to be worse than Mobiles.co - last year it was the other way round.

Although in times past CPW clones deliberately denied claims which were valid and used other despicable techniques to deter successful claims, they are currently completely incompetent rather than malicious. Having said that, their t&c have changed again and provide ambiguous and conflicting instructions on WHEN to claim. But that's nothing new - so watch your step.

one worring thing is when i used the automated phone line to ask when my next cashback was it said there where outstanding cash back claims . i am still waiting to claim month 15 and 18 .
I think i have learnt a lesson here why so many people dislike claiming cashback . Its a shame as the service has always been good up until now .

quick update claim has been approved but dont understand why its been like this as i have never had a problem before . Not realy replying to any of my e-mails does not help. Its a shame because i have always had good service before and been very happy with the service

saynoto0870 lists landline numbers, and then you just ignore the pre-recorded warning about calls costing whatever large amount it is per min.
Ring a landline number and you pay your landline rates.
Ring the premium number and you pay the premium rates.
