  • Should be a good choice of IVA company. Their IP - David Mond won 'Insolvency Practitioner of the Year 2012' in the Insolvency & Rescue Awards.

I'm sure that means he works just as hard for the creditors as for the individual in the IVA.

well fingers crossed, I am just waiting for my wages to go in at midnight tomorrow, move them out, and then cancel the D/D pay direct payments to my credit cards, but my loan with n/west is £254.74 which will mean if I pay all of this as well I will have nothing in reserve and obviously I don't want to continue to rack up the credit cards even though at this point there are no defaults/ missed payments, might make a quick call to cleardebt and take their lead on this one.

I feel aged by 10 years in the last week since I decided to take the bull by the horns so to speak.....

btw what happens if you get cheques back from try me frees etc are they going to be interested in these or could I just put these in another account and keep them out of the way.... so many questions.... and for someone who likes to be in control, although quite clearly I haven't been, this is doing my head in :-)
