It's fairly easy to do yourself, as is replacing the LCD (you have to take the LCD out before you can connect up the glass

You can get an ipad mini glass screen from ebay for around £10, but this doesn't come with an IC chip connected (Basically a plug used to connect the "touch" capability to the ipdad). I'd recommend getting one that does, as soldering the IC chip on can be quite difficult, I broke mine trying and had to buy another. You're looking at around £20 for that.

Plenty of videos on youtube showing you how to do it, give it a go if you dare...

Soften glue by heating up the iPad with a heat gun, taking care not to overheat and destroy your iPad in the process. Then prise apart the 2 halves...
