    Do you use itunes now or would you buy from elsewhere? Unless you have Apple products I wouldn't use itunes personally.
    i also believe there is an issue with latest itunes and dragging and dropping on itunes

    If you aren't fmailiar with downloading music this may be of use (sorry if you are)

    Of course but I don't think at 7 an mp3 player should even be an option. I would be quite frustrated if my child was given one which I then had to ration.

    Guess we are all different, times move on as does technology. Original advice by many including me was to ask parents first quite rightly.

    All technology that impacts eyes and ears should be "rationed" by responsible parents IMO
