If so please give your support,and I will start the menu as from Monday.

Please note,I will only give basic recepies to follow.Do not worry if you have not done much scratch cooking before.

This will be exiting,rewarding,healthy and you will cut £££££'s off your weekly shopping bill.

    go on then I'm up for a challenge ! I usually manage to keep our weekly shop to £40 for 4 of us + dog. That includes some treats - biscuits, crisps. Some weeks I do more home cooking than others so the budget is approximate. Me & kids aren't fussy, it's OH who is ! ;)

    Certainly,the shopping list will be posted on Sunday.Otherwise,watch the menu for a week,see if you like what you are reading,then maybe join in the following week.

    The menu will be varied as much as possible.

    Monday-Friday lunches will be on a packed lunch basis.

    Will watch with interest and then maybe join in the following week.

    I usually spend about £20 a week in the veg shop so will be interesting to see what the meals consist off.

    I know some of the recipes on Black Saturns thread are yum!

    If it includes healthy meals, following a balanced diet etc, with enough fruit and veg a day etc, I might just be interested
