Hello everyone I'm thinking of returning to dooyoo after a bit of a break. This thread has been massively helpful! But didn't crowns used to be £2.50 or is that just my bad memory?

I have not been on dooyoo to know any different but from reading a few reviews on the crown system, yes they used to pay more.

Is your name the same on dooyoo.?

I've been on the website for at least 5 years and I remember them being £1.50 for quite a while now? I think it changed in 2010/2011 time if I remember correctly. There are more crowns awarded now than there used to be, also more competitions and more money for selected reviews (level 1 categories) so I think it is better really

Read some reviews before you start writing them so you have more of an idea of what people like and dislike in reviews on the site as it does vary from site to site. Good luck with it!

I have one review locked and I was wondering if the Dooyoo team would delete it .
I reviewed a product that I actually hadnt tasted ,[my grand daughter did] I have since tried this product and have rewritten the review with my opinion of the product [Tesco chicken and bacon wrap]but they keep rejecting it .
Can it be deleted ,either by me or the Dooyoo team?

You can ask the DooyooTeam if they will be interested in it. I don't know that they usually ever delete reviews, not unless they ban the author, but it is worth asking anyway.

At least you've learned that the opinion must be your own and I hope you manage to get it sorted soon.

Could you ask the DooyooTeam why they are rejecting it now? How many words is the review?
