Back in 2008/2009 I tried the method of posting lots of reviews and not bothering to rate much. I made much less at the old price of 50p for all reviews, than I do now per review.
Personally I prefer to spend more profitable time elsewhere and if I have a lull in work to fill my online time I will post a review, most of my ratings come from people returning rates I've given to them and I rarely look at the new reviews list. I don't think many people care much about their reviews falling off that list either as there is the circle of friends and other methods to allow people to return rates of their friends/those whose reviews they enjoy.
If you want to churn reviews and not rate people then that is your prerogative. I would say to make sure that all of your reviews are well above the 150 word minimum standard as some members will happily report you for not meeting the minimum guidelines when they see that you're not trying to be involved in the community aspect of things.
With regards to keeping track of who to return rates to there is a page in the My account section called 'Who rated my reviews?', you can just go there and see the people, return their rates or whatever you want to do and remember the name of the last person, or just start again fresh each time you go online working from the bottom of the list up, or the top of the list down, whatever works for you.
Dooyoo have a strong community, albeit small, and many members rate one another to allow all of us to earn some money, rather than being selfish and non-community spirited. I personally have tried it both ways, based on my needs at the time, and I prefer to be community minded, help others and earn a few £'s myself in the process.
From time to time people come along with the same view as you, they never last long, as is evident from looking at the community statistics of the members who've posted the most reviews of all time, rated the most reviews of all time and made the most comments on reviews. You'll see many of the same names at the tops of each of those boards, just proving that ultimately, over the time people spend on Dooyoo, those that put the effort in to the site fare better overall.
hang on a minute, don't you think you are over doing it just a little, I asked a simple question and got told I was coming across as not very community minded, if you look bank at my posts in this thread I made a point of asking how to keep a track of those people that have read my posts so I can do the same for them, if anything I am too commuity minded, I dodn't want to upset anyone.
My asking the best way to make money is a fair question, to get jumped on and called paranoid with VERY in front is silly when my response was fair cansidering the person who asked was clearing not asking to read my reviews but to mark me out os a trouble maker...anyway I'm not going to win here as it is a dooyoo thread and no one can say anything against the site (not that I have0 so I will leave it there, but anyone that reads this thread will see I asked a fair question and got what seems like the cult of dooyoo on my case.0 -

No I don't think I am overdoing it. You are debating just writing reviews, not rating people, because apparently it is too stressful for you to keep track. You accused another member of something when all they did was ask your username! Someone who is very friendly I might add, and always rates other new members here and helps them out. That is why I called you paranoid, nothing to do with not rating others.
I didn't call you a trouble maker, don't try to put words into my mouth, maybe you've got a guilty conscience, I don't know. We always welcome debate here and if you read through the thread you would see that people with a similar attitude to yourself arrive frequently, trying to find the best way to earn the most, as most of us arrive at Dooyoo, and often come round to the more community minded way of sticking together and rating one another, others leave quickly as their reviews get locked.
The cult of Dooyoo, pah, you're frankly ridiculous. Just because someone has a different opinion to you doesn't mean you're in a cult. Just because someone asks your username, most likely to provide you with some member ratings and possibly some advice on how to avoid getting locked reviews, which prevent you from getting paid, doesn't mean they're in a cult! You clearly are paranoid, in my opinion, you don't have to like my opinion. Ultimately though if you don't want advice from newer and long standing members then don't bother posting on a public forum that anyone is welcome to join.
As you're going to leave it there I imagine you won't bother to reply. If you can resistI DID answer all of the questions you put, even giving examples of the different ways it is possible to earn money on Dooyoo, so clearly I felt your question was a fair one. Now you've just thrown your rattle out of your pram because people don't like your methods, paranoid indeed.

Reading your message again frankly is giving me a good laugh... Chastising me for calling you paranoid with VERY infront was apparently silly, yet in the same post you go on to say 'to get jumped on and called paranoid with VERY in front is silly when my response was fair cansidering the person who asked was clearing not asking to read my reviews but to mark me out os a trouble maker' clearly shows you are VERY paranoid. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Hi there
Welcome to dooyoo.
Have a look at other reviews. Your first one is a fair first attempt but it needs more information, should be longer and should have clear paragraphs with spaces between each of them.Your biggest asset is TIME! I'm focused on multi-generational financial freedom.0 -
Okay, I'll take that on board. Thanks.0

Hello all,
I'm going through my reviewers - reading their reviews. Do I just need to click the orange tabs to say if I thought it was useful or not (after reading it of course)?0 -
Yes. Helpful, very helpful etc...
It took me a little while to get into dooyoo, but after a couple of months it became one of my best earners. And I get to use a different part of my brain.Your biggest asset is TIME! I'm focused on multi-generational financial freedom.0 -
I like the idea of it. I hope that after Christmas I will be able to devote some more of my time to it.
Just out of curiosity (I am on my phone so it is difficult to see the page 'in all its glory') if I want to look for a review on a particular item will my circle of friends reviews come up first?0
