How's that?
Not sure on the figures, but it seems 600 for one of the top products viewed and 60 for someone reading it, you would need 10 people reading a review to get the same 600 points, so I'm guessing I would have to read 20-30 reviews to hopefully get at least 10 of them to read mine in return, guess it's possible if the site doesn't mind me rating loads, I'm willing to read loads if it doesn't upset them, hard to know what it is there want from you?
What's the problems with writing more than one, the limit is 5 a day, I just can't understand how writing just one can earn you more than writing say 2-3 a day?
600 for one of the top products, which after you've reviewed the few items you'll have in those categories will soon drop off, is obviously good but you don't get 60 miles per read, you get 20 miles for level 1. Here is a reminder: http://members.dooyoo.co.uk/community/_page/faq/#topic2
The main reason you earn more for just one is this, I will give you an example...
I wrote 3 reviews in a 1 week period, I receive 90p for the 3 reviews, all level 2, and I received 1.5p for each reading of my review and my reviews were read 150 times, thus making me £3.15 so £1.05 per review. The following week I reviewed 2 items, I received 60p for the 2 reviews, both level 2, and I received £2.715p for the same two reviews and their readings, meaning I received £1.35p per review. Another week I reviewed one item, in level 2, so 30p again, I then received 92 ratings, making it £1.68 for one review.
Therefore, writing less means you spend less time writing, which gives me more time to concentrate on higher paying websites (I use Clixsense and have made at least £30 a week there lately - please PM if you want a referral link!) and overall earn more money.
There are quite a few people, particularly longer standing members, who are not willing to read more than 1 review per day from one person. Personally I try to return what I receive really and make up a few from about 4 years ago when I didn't bother, and this works fine for me.
Overall if you write less you'll spend less time writing, a similar amount of time reading probably to get the reads you want in return and you'd make more money per review.
My figures above are genuine figures from different weeks over the last few months. Hope they help somewhat.
Personally I have found that concentrating on one higher quality review earns me more crowns, usually awarded on a Tuesday and worth £1.50, so my last review, the £1.68 example actually made me £3.18 in total for about 20 minutes work plus the odd read here and there when I want a break from other online stuff. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. thanks for that, I understand now, more per review but not more money in total unless you work other sites.
I have looked at that other site and how it works but most of it went over my head, i will see how this goes for a couple of weeks and PM you if I fancy I try on there too.
I'm having trouble keeping track of who has rated me and who I need to rate, is there an easy way to keep track? as I'm rating people, they rate me back, I see they have rated me so I rate them back again, it's getting very confusing, oh and my email doesn't seem to work, I have it marked as active for when someone rates me, so I should get an email but none ever turn up? I was thinking that would be the best way to keep track?0 -
I've just been thinking, how much work does it to make that kind of money on clix? I could do with making that if it is achievable?0

The e-mails from Dooyoo are hit and miss, work for some and not for others. I use a Gmail account and set it to come and they arrive once per day usually. Usually in the morning.
With regards to Clix it is very achievable, obviously, as I have earned itI do the tasks there throughout the day, just log in and have a look when I want to, there are sometimes task for a few cents each, sometimes tasks for more, they all add up, everyone likes different tasks and sometimes you see different work to others. I have PMd you my referral link, if you want to join up, also there is a thread here and there is lots of information on the first page that should help you out. I'll send you the link for that too now.

Sorry only just seen your message. Most people who rate on the site will only read/rate one of anyone's reviews per day, so if you publish more than one a day, chances are high that apart from one of them, the others won't receive any or many reads/rates, hence you won't earn from them. If you publish just one review per day or say one every other day, then everyone's daily reads/rates on your reviews will all go on that one so ultimately you'd earn more.
Sorry if the above is confusing but it's a bit difficult to explain what I mean. :beer:0 -

Yeah i got it now, kitty explained it above...I'm still not convinced you earn more, you may earn more per review but if you are only doing one review a day then you are limiting your earning power, yes the earn per review goes down but you will still earn more by doing more reviews than one imo
If I were to do 5 a day as 5 is the max allowed for new member, if all 5 are level 1, that's 600 miles per review wrote, plus any reads they may get, what does it matter if the total number of reads are spread between one review or all 5? to earn 600 miles I would need 30 people to read my review, If I'm lucky 30 may read one review, noway will 30 read each review (maybe for members that have been there ages), so yeas my first review makes more money but I still get 600 miles for the other 4 reviews, so what does it matter if the first one earms £1.50 and the rest only 60p, that's still 4x60p I would not have made.
I get Kitty's point you can use your time more wisely to make more money, I was just having a problem understanding when people said one review earns you more money, without qualifying what they meant.
Anyway, I've been reading and it seems a not very good way to earn the most from the site, is not just writing your 5 reviews a day, not bothering with reading other reviews to try and get some to read yours, better better method? I have wrote 3 reviews in a day and a half, earned 1950 miles, if I had wrote 5 reviews my first day I would have earned at least that or likely more if they were all level one, and I would not have to have read 30 odd reviews to try and get traffic to my reviews.
btw 2 were 600 reviews 1 was 100 miles review, if I had wrote 5 level 1 reviews I would have earned 600x5=3000 miles and wouldn't have had to read any reviews.0 -
Your time on dooyoo will soon fizzle out if you are not prepared to read others reviews. I think that was what you were saying?
It's not very community minded.
Apologies if I got the wrong end of the stick.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

no I get the community I am just being practical, we are all there to make money, yes some people like to write reviews etc but the main reason is money, heck there isn't even a forum on the site so if community was the aim they are not helping to form one, the only community is a feeling of, I best not forget to read their review as they have just read mine, that's stressful for me, I'm not sure about you?
I also do not see why there is a need to read others reviews? why do dooyoo want me to sit for 5 mins to read a 1000 words, to pay someone 20 miles or how ever much it is?, not even me they pay the other person? if I could understand what benefit I was achieving in doing that I may think differently.
And lets not forget dooyoo have set up the system, the system allows for my model to work, I'm all for community but lets face it, I'm not really on there to make friends, I'm only reading a review in the hope they read mine.
tbh with you, amazon has the best review model, you write the review, it gets posted the reader seems it for what it is, an honest review, not a review that is trying to impression a handful of other reviewers.0
